Default New watch gallery MB2 limited edition

Looking over on Alt1tude, there's a new MB2 LE for the watch gallery. The exhibition back is ok, but the stars of the show are the full MB1 seconds hand and bezel (I'd love the bezel, but not the seconds hand) and a lovely blue barrel. Piers is expecting to get pictures of the watch in the flesh, but these will have to do now!

Limited to 30 pieces and at an RRP of £3495, it's tempting!

Yep looks good Des. Will get my hands on this next Weds and will post up photos. Whether you like the blue barrel or not the MBI yellows and exhibition case make this really stand out!

This mb2 look very nice with the blue barrel and exhibition back. Only problem I see is that won't the exhibition back effect some of the great features that make the mb2 the watch it is?

It will, but only the anti-magnetic properties.

I think the blue barrel is great.... when we made the MB1.5 in 2008 we thought about the display back but decided to keep it with a steel back to maintain the ant-mag cage.... its still looks good though....

I think this is a pretty special edition, to be honest. Getting the MB1 handset and internal bezel is a bit of a coup, in my opinion. I'd like to see it up against the (even rarer) Fly Navy version tho.

I still think I prefer it with a solid caseback, but it's still a very cool watch.

And just beacuse it's Friday, here's my MB1.5 (MB2/ATG?) with its new anthracite barrel...

It's the dark brown version. Not got a black one yet.
