![]() Never my favourite case design, this interesting Eberhard Frecce Tricolori has the almost impossibly rare Lemania quartz 1/100th second chronograph movement installed. Chuck had a Lemania-badged version ![]() There was always a speculation that Omega produced a Teutonic-cased speedy with this movement, and indeed one is in the Omega Museum, but it is clearly a mock-up, and not a produced watch. I have to say that Chuck's watch is VERY high on my list of watches I want to see, but although rare, the Eberhard is not so high. Dave

I'm with you on both fronts Dave - be great to see one of these running but the flourishes of the Eberhard are too much for me, even with this exceptionally rare movement.
Interesting take on the ani-digi style and an entrée into the quartz world by Lemania in a suitably unique way - were these produced by or for I wonder...? Thanks for showing Chucks again, now that I would happily have living in the Lemania box.... |
