I quite like the PO, but it is a bit of a mishmash of lots of Omega's vintage past (great though it is).

Danny boy seems to spend most of his off screen time wearing Rolex watches these days, which must stick in Omega's throat a little.

I know I'll get hit with the Rolex stick again, but I do prefer the hidden HE on the SeaDweller, rather than the huge crown on the Omega's.

Wot Andy said. Not cool enough to want any of them in my case, although I reserve the right to change my fickle Wis-mind.

You've got to love a bit of nipple action or is that something different altogether

Uber cool for me. Initially it was a toss up between this and the MB2

Never liked the blue "Bonds" and the Omega's ongoing pre-occupation with HE valves on what are basically dress watches prevents me from giving the PO "ubercool" status although it is a quite a handsome piece in it's own right and retains a number of traditional/iconic Omega design elements.

Aside from the HE valve, I quite like them but doubt I would ever buy one.

Cool for me.
I always hated the blue-wavy bonds with the silly hands, just never did it for me, so the arrival of this was a welcome return to their historical roots.

But uber? No, not for me. Just not cool enough. Too common. Too derivative.

Cool for me too.

I appreciate the general direction and the obvious pillaging of their back catalogue but it's just a bit too ubiquitous for me. I don't think any modern, mass produced watch would ever make ubercool status in my book. Far too many much more interesting vintage pieces out there to distract me

Having said all that, if I actually needed a modern, water resistance diver this is probably the one I'd choose. Although my Seamaster 2254.50 runs it extremely close and is a more wearable, everyday proposition.

Cheers,
Gary

This is just not uber for me personally; I'd choose cool over uncool, but only because there isn't a 'neither hot nor cold' button.

A Watchco NOS/put-together (how ever you look at it) would be cooler and have modern w/r and wear-ability for when you're on your jollies. That'd be my choice for an Omega anyway.
